The organizer of the competition on the Instagram account (@viltrox.germany) from Viltrox is RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter also called the organizer), in de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt, Germany.
There are 20 x 2 tickets for the photo + adventure fair in Duisburg on June 8th and 9th, 2024.
Duration of the competition
The competition starts with the upload of the story on May 29, 2024 and ends after 24 hours at the end of the story. Within this period, the competition can be participated in compliance with the entire conditions. It is not possible to take part in the competition.
Participation in the competition
The participation is done by using their own Instagram account to the story "Survey Sticker" in which @rollei_de Story responds. There are only answers that go into the story sticker. News via Direct Message do not count.
- Only one response to the competition takes part per account.
- Participation in the competition is free of charge.
- We are giving away 20 x 2 tickets for the fair among all participating accounts.
At the latest on May 31, 2024, 12 winners will be drawn from all uploaded answers by lottery. The winners will be informed by Instagram direct message and asked about your email address. The profit will then be sent to the given address. If the winner (s) does not report within one week after the notification, the right to the price expires.
The exchange and a cash payment is not possible. Only the specified profit can be obtained. RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG does not provide a replacement price.
If the winner (s) reports: In the case of two requests, not within a period of 14 days, the profit from the organizer can be transferred to one/other/other participants: into transferring and the claim to the profit is exposed.
Early termination of the competition
RCP Handels -GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to stop the competition at any time, in whole or in parts - and without compliance with deadlines and notifications, if it considers it necessary by RCP Handels -GmbH & Co. KG becomes.
data protection
Participant data is only used for the processing and implementation of the competition as well as for sending the profit. There is no transfer to third parties from RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG. The participant is entitled to information, correction or deletion according to the legal requirements. All invited data are subject to the statutory data protection regulations. All personal data is dealt with by RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with the legal provisions (in particular the applicable data protection laws).
