Studio flash HS Freeze 6s - full flexibility thanks to the battery
Our Studio flash HS Freeze 6s is a real powerhouse with its performance of 600 watt seconds (Ws). Depending on the strength of the flash fired, its flash recycle time is between 0.2 and 0.9 seconds. It is capable of high-speed sync (HSS) and freeze, but you can also use TTL and manual mode. In manual mode you can control the light setting yourself, with TTL it being set automatically. TTL is therefore particularly suitable for situations that can change quickly. This gives you, the photographer, more time to focus on the subject.
Note: TTL and HSS modes cannot be used together.
Where you use these functions, whether in the studio or on the road, is of course entirely up to you. This is ensured by the lithium polymer battery, which can be easily removed from the device. For example, you can still purchase a replacement battery. But you don't have to worry about the performance of the battery. It manages up to 500 releases at full flash output.n.
This flash head is not only interesting in the studio for various action shoots, but also on the go. The reason: Our Freeze 6s is protected against spray water*, sand and dust. In this way, concerns about possible damage to your device can recede into the background.
The flash also features a Bowens-compatible connector. Rollei continues to rely on this connection so that you are able to continue to use our light shapers and those of other suppliers.
Along with the flash head, you will also receive a reflector with magnetic colored foils, a battery and the associated charger. Also included is a case and a USB cable.

Meine Vorauswahl der Ausrüstung stand für mich praktisch fest, jedoch war ich froh, von einem kompetenten Mitarbeiter bei Durchsicht der Bestellliste sehr gut beraten worden zu sein bzw. über alternative Optionen diskutieren zu können. Nach Auftragserteilung folgte eine schnelle Lieferung und das Equipment hat mich begeistert. Auch die "Verpackung", die es wirklich erlaubt, auch mobil mit Blitz und Softbox unterwegs zu sein, ist perfekt.
Mein einziger Kritikpunkt (als Canon-Fotograf) liegt darin, dass ich mich relativ lange vergebens damit beschäftigt hatte, Kamera und Blitz zu koppeln. Die Standard-Beschreibung bringt einen leider nicht zum Ziel. Mein etwas ratloser Anruf beim gleichen Rollei-Mitarbeiter brachte innerhalb einer Minute die Lösung. An unerwarteter Stelle in den Optionen des Funkauslösers muss man statt "NOR" die Eigenschaft "BOOST" anwählen, da offenbar nur so eine Kopplung (bei Canon) erfolgt. Vielleicht kann man das in der Beschreibung mal ergänzen. Die Handhabung ist inzwischen ansonsten hervorragend.

Beide Blitze lassen sich auch super miteinander Kombinieren.
